The Box Elder County Fair not only hosts
the oldest rodeo in Utah since first being
held in 1925, it is also the home one of the
finest junior livestock shows.

Since introducing the first professional
rodeo in the state in 1939 the Box Elder
County Fair has grown to become on of
the largest in the entire state.

On September 24 1925, farmers and townspeople parked their cars in
a circle to watch the county’s first rodeo, as illustrated in this mural.
